True, we are not in school during Father’s Day, but these resources are too cute not to share! For our planners out there, these are great to send home with students at the end of the year. Bonus: something different to do that last week of school! For the parents out there, these are easy enough to do right in your own home. If you are teaching summer school or at a camp, these Father’s Day activities work perfectly for those as well. Lots of options of when and where to use these.
Option 1: Star Lord Father’s Day Craft
This is the BEST craftivity for the dad/father figure who loves Star Wars (or the kiddo who loves Star Wars!). These easy-to-make cards are made extra special by adding special touches to the Darth Vader. Of course we have a writing prompt that all father figures will get a kick out of. This card will definitely be a treasured keepsake for years to come. We have seen this used with Pre-K through middle school so it’s safe to say that your kiddo will be able to do it!

Option 2: Father’s Day Tools Directed Drawing Automatic PPT | ELA Writing Pages
As we say, press play and walk away! This writing activity will be something that Dad (or a father figure) will hand on to forever. Not only will your student or child create a drawing for their loved one, they can also practice some writing skills while they are at it. We love using this in an ELA classroom, but this would be great to brush up on some skills at home while creating a heartfelt craft for Father’s Day.
