April is Autism Awareness month. Autism is one of a variety of awesome ways that humans are neurodiverse. Neurodiversity is more common than most people realize and makes up a large number of the students we teach everyday! This is something very near and dear to our hearts and we’d love to share some new (and old) bulletin board resources with you! The bulletin boards below are a super easy way to promote inclusion and celebrate neurodiversity. April is the perfect month to put them up, but we know as teachers the message these bulletin boards represent can be used throughout the year!
