We LOVE coloring (both for our students and as adults!). Teachers know the many benefits of coloring in the classroom, but sometimes it’s overwhelming to try and find time in between teaching all the standards expected of you. While we definitely have some adorable doodle worksheets that are great for morning soft start activities or perfect for calm down corners, we also have some coloring activities that focus on Math, ELA and phonics.
Why choose coloring in the classroom?!?
- Promotes hand and eye coordination
- Helps kids practice being observant
- Improve focus
- Enhances creativity and imagination
- Creates a way of self-expression
